Senior Picture Season!

Its that time of year where High School Juniors start to think about senior pictures. I love to photograph seniors - I really enjoy senior pictures....I really try to focus on making sure you are comfortable behind the camera and focus on capturing who you are. My sessions are also really laid back and I make sure I take the time with each and every one. My session fees include online viewing, unlimited outfits and there is also a session that allows you to book 2 sessions to allow you to change your look! Please call me for more information if you are interested in booking for this season. If you book before 7.01.08 you will receive 10% off your session fee. Also if you are a past client and you refer me you will be entered in a drawing for a Target gift card to help you with all your college dorm shopping! Winner will be announced on 7.15.08.

A New BABY!

I come from a really close family...a few weeks ago my family had a first...a new baby! My older sister had a baby. He has been such a joy...it is so crazy how you can love someone the second you meet them. I was so excited when they brought him to my studio on Saturday - here are some pictures for you to enjoy.

First Blog...

I gave in and decided to finally start a blog....I thought this would be a great way to keep everyone up to date on what projects I am working on and a great way to view some of my work.

For those of you who are just visiting my site I will tell you a little bit about myself.... I have a passion for photography. I love to get the moment when the person in front of the camera puts their guard down....that is the moment when they are themselves...my photographs go beyond the pose...I love to get to know my clients and build a relationship and develop a comfort level so they become themselves in front of the camera...

I have been a photographer for about 4 years now doing it all at a part time level...hopefully someday it will be my full time job. I opened a studio in Uptown last July - its such an amazing space! Its an attic loft just a block away from Calhoun. Every time I am up her I can't stop thinking to myself how lucky I am. I am so exited to see this adventure unfold.....
