First Blog...

I gave in and decided to finally start a blog....I thought this would be a great way to keep everyone up to date on what projects I am working on and a great way to view some of my work.

For those of you who are just visiting my site I will tell you a little bit about myself.... I have a passion for photography. I love to get the moment when the person in front of the camera puts their guard down....that is the moment when they are themselves...my photographs go beyond the pose...I love to get to know my clients and build a relationship and develop a comfort level so they become themselves in front of the camera...

I have been a photographer for about 4 years now doing it all at a part time level...hopefully someday it will be my full time job. I opened a studio in Uptown last July - its such an amazing space! Its an attic loft just a block away from Calhoun. Every time I am up her I can't stop thinking to myself how lucky I am. I am so exited to see this adventure unfold.....
